Budget Billing

Tired of your electric bill jumping up and down from month to month?

MJM members who have received power for at least one year and have satisfactory account activity are eligible for our budget billing program. The billing amount is derived from the member’s previous year of energy usage. Members on budget billing pay the same amount for electricity each month until the usage is reviewed and the budget amount is recalculated, which occurs each February and September.
