 MJM Electric’s directors are elected by their fellow coop members to set policy for and govern the coop. Nine directors sit on the board; each is elected to a three-year term. Each director resides in and represents a specific district in the cooperative. Terms are staggered so that three seats are up for election every year. Any MJM member can run for director as long as they reside in the appropriate district.

Each director represents the members of his or her district. Working closely with the CEO/president, the board ensures the cooperative provides quality service to its members.
