Co-op Connections Program

You should receive your bill towards the end of each month. Please note that our billing cycle is staggered by two months. The bill you receive in January, for example, is for the electricity you used in November.

Payment must be postmarked by the 10th. Any payments received after this date are assessed a 9.11 percent late fee. Your total amount due is marked on your bill under Net Due (for payments postmarked by the 10th) and Gross Due (for late payments).

If payment is not received by the 27th, you may be disconnected from service. If you know you are going to be late with a payment, please call our office at 217-854-3137.

Please note that you are also responsible for recording your five-digit meter reading every month. A space for this is provided on the bottom of your bill or you may enter your meter reading on this site.
